🔹 About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Community Manager to grow and engage WhoGoFixAm’s online presence. You will manage our social platforms, build campaigns that resonate with Nigerians, and foster a community of learners, artisans, and clients.
🔹 Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that highlight WhoGoFixAm’s value.
Manage community interactions, responding to inquiries and moderating conversations.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create unified campaigns.
Grow followers and build brand trust.
🔹 Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media or community management.
Strong understanding of Nigerian social trends and digital culture.
Proficiency in Canva/Adobe or other design tools.
Excellent writing skills (English + Pidgin is a bonus).
Startup/marketplace experience is a plus.
