- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform statistical analyses on key metrics like user retention rates, session durations, and content interaction patterns. Identify trends in educational content performance (e.g., popular topics or learning challenges) and correlate them with user demographics.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to visualize insights on platform growth, A/B test results, and cohort analyses. Present findings in team meetings to guide decision-making.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs such as daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn rates, and referral traffic. Develop automated scripts (e.g., in Python) to streamline data pipelines for weekly/monthly reports.
- A/B Testing Support: Collaborate with product teams to design and evaluate experiments, such as testing new UI features for better engagement, and interpret results to recommend optimizations.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Insights: Respond to data requests from cross-functional teams, such as marketing's need for audience segmentation or engineering's debugging of data anomalies. Conduct research on edtech benchmarks to contextualize Intellyjent's performance.
- Data Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear documentation of analyses and datasets. Participate in data team retrospectives to refine processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
