Description:
We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our AI Buffet Recommender team, a fast-evolving hospitality tech startup using AI to transform how hotels and restaurants plan, serve, and manage buffets.
You’ll oversee the product lifecycle, connecting business goals, user needs, and technical development to build a platform that drives healthier, sustainable dining experiences across Africa’s hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product roadmap, from ideation to deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver product features on time.
Translate user feedback and analytics into actionable product improvements.
Set and track KPIs around user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop product documentation, user stories, and release notes.
Ensure the platform aligns with AI ethics, health standards, and sustainability goals.
Skills:
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate PM in a SaaS or AI-focused environment.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Experience working with tech teams (frontend, backend, data) and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Salary Range: 350.00 - 500.00
