Personal Assistant to the CEO

🔹 About the Role
As the PA to the CEO, you’ll help keep the Founder organized, efficient, and focused. You will manage schedules, communication, and key admin tasks while serving as the right-hand support to the CEO.
🔹 Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and travel logistics.
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Assist in research tasks for funding, partnerships, and strategy.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
🔹 Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
Proactive and able to work independently in a startup environment.
