Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketer Intern to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for an aspiring marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital campaigns, eager to apply their skills in a real-world educational tech environment. As a Digital Marketer Intern, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to boost user engagement, drive platform growth, and promote our educational initiatives. You'll collaborate with content creators, designers, and the product team to amplify Intellyjent's presence across social media, email, and digital ads. This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative setting, mentorship from seasoned marketers, and the chance to build a portfolio with impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter, tailored to educational audiences (e.g., study tips, user success stories, and learning challenges). Monitor trends in edtech and adapt content to resonate with students and professionals.

- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in launching and tracking digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

- Email Marketing Support: Help craft newsletters and automated email sequences using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, focusing on user retention, event promotions, and personalized learning recommendations.

- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and social content for search engines to increase organic traffic to Intellyjent's website and app.

- Audience Engagement & Analytics: Respond to user comments and messages on social channels to build community. Generate weekly reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) and provide insights for team strategy sessions.

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Research emerging trends in educational social networking (e.g., AI-driven learning tools) and analyze competitors like Duolingo or LinkedIn Learning to inform content and campaign ideas.

- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the product and content teams to align marketing efforts with new feature launches, webinars, and virtual events.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably through previous internships, freelance work, or personal projects (e.g., managing social media for a club, small business, or educational initiative).

- Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer for content scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

- Other: Passion for education and social networking; basic understanding of edtech trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere or CapCut) for short-form content.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to influencer marketing or community-building in niche audiences.
