Grant and Partnership Officer

Description:
We are seeking a Grant and Partnership Officer to drive resource mobilization efforts, build and manage strategic partnerships, and support funding opportunities to sustain and scale GAIN’s impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth empowerment, experienced in partnership development and grant writing, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Communications, International Relations, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in grants acquisition, partnership development, or fundraising within NGOs or development organizations.
Strong writing and proposal development skills with a proven track record of successful funding applications.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
Familiarity with donor landscapes in youth development, education, or entrepreneurship sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
Experience in Pan-African or youth-focused initiatives is an added advantage.
