At WhoGoFixAm, we believe data should guide decisions as we scale Nigeria’s first vocational learning and service marketplace. We’re seeking a Data Analyst who will help us understand user behavior, track performance, and uncover insights that drive growth and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and make an impact in an early-stage startup.
🔹 Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (user activity, platform metrics, customer feedback).
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights to support product, marketing, and business decisions.
Work closely with leadership to support fundraising with data-backed reports.
Monitor trends and patterns to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
Ability to communicate complex insights in a simple, clear way.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
🔹 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing or experimental design.
Previous work in tech startups or online platforms.
