Backend Developer

Description:

We’re hiring a Backend Developer to join our growing AI Buffet Recommender team, a startup building intelligent hospitality systems that help hotels and restaurants optimize buffet operations, reduce waste, and promote healthier dining.
You’ll work on the backend systems powering our expert AI engine, analytics, and multi-tenant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and scale backend APIs using FastAPI (Python).
Design and manage relational databases with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy ORM.
Integrate AI rule-based systems (Experta) for dietary recommendations.
Implement role-based authentication (JWT) and tenant data isolation.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver performant endpoints.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Skills:

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1–2 years of backend development experience.
Proven experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and data modeling.

Salary Range: 300.00 - 500.00
