At TeamManager, we strive to provide the best service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.

Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new subscriptions. During this period:

  • You can cancel at any time without any charges
  • No credit card is required to start the trial
  • Full access to all features of your selected plan
  • No refund is necessary as no payment has been made

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Within 7 days of payment: Full refund available if you're not satisfied with the service
  • After 7 days: No refund will be issued, but you can cancel to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Within 30 days of payment: Full refund available minus any usage fees
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are calculated based on unused months remaining
  • A processing fee of 10% may apply to annual refunds after 30 days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Training sessions or consulting services already delivered
  • Third-party services or integrations
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your TeamManager account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@teammanager.ng
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages affecting your business operations
  • Other extenuating circumstances

Please contact our support team. We'll review your case individually and work to find a fair resolution.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades:

  • When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately
  • New features are available immediately upon upgrade
  • Your billing cycle remains the same

Downgrades:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refund is issued for the difference in plan cost
  • You retain access to higher-tier features until the cycle ends

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company:

  • Please contact us first to resolve the issue
  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • We'll work with you to resolve billing concerns directly
  • Disputed charges may incur additional processing fees

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
  • Communicated via email to active subscribers
  • Effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
  • Applied to new subscriptions and renewals
